Bauer, Barbara D. age 76 of Maple Grove, MN and lifelong resident of Portsmouth, RI died at home peacefully in her sleep on August 3, 2021. She is survived by her loving son, Philip (Michelle) Bauer; grandchildren, Kelsey (Javan) Copley and Nicholas Bauer; and great-grandchildren, Campbell, Weston and Bennett Copley. Barbara is also survived by her brother, Bradford (Janet) Hammel; and her sister, Sherry Hammel. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert; parents, Bill & Del Hammel. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30AM Tuesday, Aug. 10, 2021, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 9100 93rd Ave. N., Brooklyn Park, MN with visitation 1 hour prior to the mass at church. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, Minnesota-North Dakota Chapter, 7900 W. 78th Street, Suite 100, Edina, MN 55439.
