Leona Mae (Moench) Kinzler, age 86, of Brooklyn Park, MN, earned her heavenly wings on Monday, February 15, 2021. She was born in Edgeley, ND on May 13, 1934 and celebrated 34 years of sobriety sharing her story with others and helping where she could. She enjoyed cooking and sharing her German cooking knowledge, reading on her Kindle and spending time with her family.

Preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Lawrence Kinzler on May 7, 1997, her parents, 3 brothers, and 2 sisters.

She will be greatly missed by her family; daughters and their husbands, Tammy and Mike Karr, Karen and Brian Johnson, Kristin and Eric Deal, 10 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.

Visitation 3-6 PM Sunday, March 7, 2021, at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2nd St. NE, Osseo, MN. Family Funeral Service 1 PM Monday, March 8, 2021, at Zion Lutheran Church , Anoka, MN. Interment immediately following at Epiphany Cemetery, Coon Rapids, MN.
