Age 85, of Brooklyn Park. Born September 15, 1938, in St. Paul; passed away January 1, 2024.

Preceded in death by husband, John Doyle; and parents, Marty (Fred) Simons, and Frank (Amy) Trnka.

Survived by sons, Pat (Barb) Doyle, Mike (Jennie) Doyle, and Jim (Jackie) Doyle; grandchildren, Gaby, Liam, Maddie, Conor, and Maguire; sister, Cathy Murphy; brothers, Tom (Carol) Trnka and Peter (Karen) Simons; many nieces and nephews and friends.

Marty enjoyed travel, gardening, golf, and spending time with family. She was a proud, longtime employee of the City of Brooklyn Park.

Visitation 9AM and Funeral Service at 10AM followed by luncheon on Wednesday, January 10, at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 7025 Halifax Ave. N., Brooklyn Center.

Private interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
