Suzanne Birch

Suzanne Carrie Birch of Blaine, MN died on February 5^th, 2025 after a courageous battle with colon cancer.

Sue was born on September 15th, 1968 to Albert & Sharon Quick. She and grew up in Brooklyn Center MN and graduated from Park Center High School.

She married Kevin and they had two sons, Michael and Christopher.

Sue was a happy and fun child. She loved dancing and was always on the go. Sue had a huge heart and loved her family. She especially enjoyed playing and spending time with her grandchildren, who were her pride and joy. Sue’s favorite place was walking the sunny beaches of Florida, which she looked forward to every year.

Sue was preceded in death by her sister, Dawn Stewart; her father Albert "Skipp" Quick; and her grandparents.

She is survived by sons, Michael and Christopher Birch; grandchildren, Auriella, Clifford and Noah; her partner of 20 years, Brian Cook; mother, Sharon Quick; sisters Lynette Richardson and Jonelle Anderson; nieces and nephews, Brittany, Jacob, Benjamin, Tommy, Kaylyn and Clara.

A Celebration of Life Service for Sue will be held 11AM Friday, February 14, 2025 at Cross of Glory Lutheran Church, 5929 Brooklyn Blvd., Brooklyn Center, MN 55429, with visitation 1 hour prior to the service at church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
